Lisa Mathews received her Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University. She then worked for Fidelity Investments for nearly 12 years leading process improvement initiatives and managing operations teams. She received her Master of Business Administration from Indiana University in 2014. She then attended George Mason School of Law in Arlington, VA. During law school, Lisa served as an articles editor for George Mason Law Review, participated in the Mason Veterans and Service Members Clinic, worked as a research assistant for former Dean Polsby, and participated in the Mason Supreme Court Clinic where she contributed to two briefs that were submitted to the Supreme Court. She also interned for Judge Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, clerked for Senator Hatch and the Senate Judiciary Committee, and interned for the Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation – Appellate Division. She has published two articles in law journals. Lisa graduated from law school cum laude in 2017. After law school, Lisa worked for the Small Business Administration assisting hurricane victims seeking home and business loans. She became a member of the Virginia Bar in 2018.

Abigail Miller graduated from a high school within Prince William County.  She majored in Government and International Politics at George Mason University.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in 2001 and graduated with honors in her major and with highest distinction from George Mason.  Abigail attended George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia where she graduated with her Juris Doctor.  She became a member of the Virginia Bar in 2004 and a member of the District of Columbia Bar in 2005.  She is also a member of both the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  Abigail is a certified Guardian Ad Litem for Children.  She is a member of the Prince William Bar Association and its Secretary in 2013.  Abigail was recognized for Trial Attorney of the Year in 2011 in Juvenile Court in Prince William County. She practices before many Courts within Virginia.
